A native Windows wrapper around AtomicParsely to easily create ringtones for the iPhone. Port of the v1.2 Mac version to work with Windows. Outputs a "inputFile Ringtone.m4a" in the same directory as the original file. Rename to .m4r for iTunes 7.4.2.
