Widgets allows you to load OS X widgets stored in /var/root/Library/Widgets. Unfortunately, 1.1.1 is not as forgiving as 1.0.2 and the widgets do not run nearly as well as they used to. ESPN which works pretty well under 1.0.2 doesn't work at all under 1.1.1 Version 0.5 adds zooming support.
