This is the last post in this blog about Ringtonator. I’ve moved all dev progress to the forums, where you can find the source and a few other things in the “Mac Dev” category.

I updated Ringtonator to 1.5.1 (you can find it in the usual place. Version 1.5.1 is only compatible with iTunes 7.4.1, sorry about the false alarm earlier, that was a result of poor testing on my part. This new version renames the file and opens it up automatically in iTunes.

Seriously, go, I feel so alone with only 1 user. To clear things up, Me = Admin = Joe. Simple, no?

So go get all the good usernames before its too late…

Ringtonator

After reading Erica’s post over at TUAW about how cleverboy found a workaround to the ringtone problem using AtomicParsely to edit the song’s metatags, I knew I had to write a GUI for it. An hour or two of work (learned how to implement draggable items), and I came up with this, which I call “The Ringtonator.”
